Common questions

Where is my data stored?

On your device, and nowhere else. TinySteps has no account and no server in this version, so nothing you enter is sent to us. That also means we cannot recover your data if you clear it or uninstall the app — export your tasks and journal from Profile if you want a copy. See the Privacy Policy.

How do I cancel TinySteps Premium?

Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, so they are cancelled there, not in the app.

  • iPhone or iPad: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → TinySteps → Cancel Subscription.

  • Android: Play Store → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → TinySteps → Cancel.

Cancelling at least 24 hours before the period ends stops the next charge. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.

I paid but Premium isn't showing.

Open Profile → Restore purchases and tap Restore. That re-checks your subscription with the store. If it still doesn't appear, confirm you are signed in with the same Apple or Google account you purchased with, then email us.

My reminders aren't arriving.

Check that notifications are enabled for TinySteps in your device settings, and that the reminder toggle is on in the app. On Android, battery optimisation can delay or suppress scheduled notifications — allowing TinySteps to run unrestricted usually fixes it. Reminders are scheduled by your device, so they depend on it being on.

Why am I seeing adverts?

The free version shows one banner at the bottom of the screen. It pays for the app. TinySteps requests non-personalised adverts only, and nothing you enter — tasks, journal, medications, wellness — is used to choose it or is visible to the advertiser. A TinySteps Premium subscription removes adverts entirely.

I forgot my PIN.

The PIN is set by you and stored only on your device. We cannot reset or recover it. The only way back in is to reinstall the app, which clears its data.

How do I delete my information?

Use Clear all data in Profile, or uninstall the app. Because we never receive a copy, that deletes it everywhere — there is nothing to request from us. If you believe we hold something about you, write to support@digipluglabs.com and we will respond.

Is TinySteps medical advice?

No. It is a personal productivity and self-tracking tool. It does not assess your health and does not tell you whether any figure is normal or healthy. Profile → About → How scores work explains exactly what the Focus Score counts and where every default comes from. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider about medication, symptoms or treatment.
