Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the TinySteps mobile application, published by DigiPlugLabs LLC ("we", "our", "us"). By downloading, installing or using TinySteps you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Who can use TinySteps

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are between 13 and 17, use TinySteps with the awareness and consent of a parent or guardian.

TinySteps is not medical advice.

 

It is a personal productivity and self-tracking tool. The medication log, wellness tracking, Focus Score and Coach are for personal organisation only. They do not diagnose, treat or assess anything, and they are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological or psychiatric advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider about medication, symptoms or treatment decisions. Never use TinySteps in an emergency — contact your local emergency service.

2. Your data

TinySteps stores your data on your device. This version has no account and no cloud sync, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for your device and for any PIN you set — we cannot reset or recover it. You are also responsible for keeping your own backups; uninstalling the app or clearing its data removes your entries permanently, and we hold no copy to restore from.

3. Subscriptions and billing

TinySteps is free to use, and the free version shows a single banner advert served by Google AdMob, as described in our Privacy Policy. An optional TinySteps Premium subscription removes the advert and unlocks additional features. It is billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play:

  • TinySteps Premium Monthly — $7.99, charged every month.

  • TinySteps Premium Annual — $59.99, charged every year.

  • Payment is charged to your Apple Account or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

  • Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

  • There is no free trial. A subscription is charged in full at confirmation of purchase.

  • Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies. We do not process refunds directly.

  • Prices are shown in US dollars and may vary by region. We will give notice before any price change takes effect for existing subscribers.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except as permitted by law

  • Use TinySteps for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that could damage, disable or impair it

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the app or its systems

  • Resell, sublicense or redistribute the app or its content without our written permission

5. Intellectual property

TinySteps, including its name, logo, design and original content, is owned by DigiPlugLabs LLC and protected by copyright and trademark law. These Terms grant you no ownership rights — only a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. What you write in the app remains yours.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

TinySteps is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that reminders will always be delivered on time — notification delivery depends on your device and its operating system.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DigiPlugLabs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost data, lost profits, or any consequence of a missed reminder or a medication entry, arising from your use of TinySteps. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using TinySteps at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or terminate access for any user who breaches these Terms. Sections 5 through 7 survive termination.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer protection law requires otherwise.
