DueBound is made by DigiPlugLabs LLC. By downloading or using it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
DueBound is built for students. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use it with the agreement of a parent, guardian or school. If you are under 13, see the Children's privacy section of our Privacy Policy.
Your assignments, plans, grades and notes belong to you. We claim no ownership of them and we do not use them for anything except running the app for you. You are responsible for what you put in.
DueBound is free to use. It also offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions:
Pro — monthly or annual, for one student
Family — monthly or annual, covering up to three students
The price and period are shown in the app, in your local currency, before you buy anything. Payment is charged to your Apple Account or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel at any time in your Apple Account or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Where a free trial is offered, it ends when the paid period begins. Cancel during the trial and you keep access until it ends, and are not charged.
Purchases go through Apple or Google, and refunds follow their policies. We cannot issue one directly, but email us and we will help with the request.
DueBound estimates how long work will take and suggests when to do it. Those are estimates. It is a planning tool, not a substitute for your own judgement, your teacher's instructions, or your school's requirements. We are not responsible for missed deadlines or for the grades you receive.
Do not use DueBound to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, to try to reach another person's account, or to interfere with the service.
We aim to keep DueBound running but cannot promise uninterrupted service. The app is built to work offline, and your data stays on your device when the service is unavailable.
Stop whenever you like. You can delete your account and everything in it from Settings → Delete my account & data. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms.
DueBound is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.
We may update these terms. We will change the date above, and tell you in the app if a change is material.
